What is this service?
You record video messages or write letters for the people you love, and choose who should receive them and when. We keep everything safe and deliver it at the right time.
How do I create a message?
Sign up, then record a video or write a message. Add the recipients (family or friends) with their email, phone, or messenger, and group your messages into a capsule for each person or moment.
When are messages delivered?
You decide. Messages can be sent on a chosen date, on a recurring occasion such as a birthday, or after your passing is confirmed by the people you trust.
How is delivery after my passing confirmed?
You nominate trusted contacts. A message is only delivered after they confirm, so nothing is sent by mistake.
How long does a recipient's link stay active?
Each access link a recipient receives stays valid for one year. To keep a message forever, the recipient can save it to their own free account.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your videos and messages are stored privately and are only accessible through the secure links sent to the recipients you choose.
For those who receive a message
I received a link — what do I do?
Just open the link. The message left for you will appear.
How long can I open the link?
The link stays active for one year. The page shows a countdown so you always know how much time remains.
How do I keep the message forever?
On the message page, choose “Save to my account”. Create a free account (or sign in) and the message will be kept permanently in your personal cabinet, even after the original link expires.
Where do I find my saved messages?
Once you have saved at least one message, a “Received” section appears in your account where you can revisit them any time.
