These terms govern your use of ДЛЯ РІДНИХ. By creating an account you agree to them. ДЛЯ РІДНИХ helps you record private video messages and deliver them to chosen recipients under conditions you define.

Not a legal will

ДЛЯ РІДНИХ is not a notarized will or testament and does not provide legal, financial, or estate-planning advice. It does not replace documents prepared with a qualified lawyer or notary.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your recipients. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of every video and message you create. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to store, process, and deliver your content according to the rules you set.

Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to deliver messages according to your chosen scenarios. For messages set for after your passing, release is never automatic — it follows regular activity check-ins, the conditions you set, and a careful manual review on our side. Delivery depends on accurate recipient details and on factors outside our control.

Changes and termination

You may edit or delete your content and close your account at any time. We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes.
