Public Offer Agreement (Voluntary Thank-You)
This document is a public offer by the sole proprietor ФОП Пуришев (the “Recipient”) to make a voluntary thank-you payment in support of the free ДЛЯ РІДНИХ service and its development. The service is free for everyone. By making a payment — a one-time or recurring one — you fully and unconditionally accept the terms below.
1. General provisions
This Agreement is a public offer under the applicable law of Ukraine. The recipient of payments is the sole proprietor ФОП Пуришев (tax number 3147003090), acting within their business activity. Acceptance of the offer (making a payment) means full agreement with all of its terms. Contact details are listed on the Contacts page.
2. Subject of the agreement
The user voluntarily pays the Recipient a thank-you (financial support) for using the free ДЛЯ РІДНИХ service and to support its operation and further development. The payment is the Recipient's income from their business activity. It is not a charitable donation or a gratuitous gift, does not unlock any additional paid features, and creates no obligation to provide any goods.
3. Voluntary nature and amount
The payment is entirely voluntary. The user chooses any amount and format — a one-time payment or a recurring monthly one — and may stop recurring payments at any time. Making or not making a payment does not affect access to the service or the scope of its features, which stay free for everyone.
4. Amount and payment
Payments are made online in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) with Visa or Mastercard bank cards through the monobank payment service.
5. Taxation and use of funds
The payment received is the income of the sole proprietor. The Recipient independently and in full fulfils their tax obligations on this income in accordance with the law of Ukraine. The Recipient uses the funds at their own discretion, including for maintaining and developing the service.
6. Refunds
Because the payment is voluntary, it is generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases (for example, an accidental or erroneous payment) the user may contact the Recipient at the contact email.
7. Liability
The recipient is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond their control, including incorrect data provided by the user or the operation of third-party payment or communication channels.
8. Term and changes
The Agreement is valid from the moment of acceptance. The recipient may amend the offer by publishing a new version on the website. Contact details are on the Contacts page.
